Promoting Corporate Social Responsibility and strengthening cross-sectoral partnership between corporate and charitable organisations has always been the mission embraced by the Caring Company Scheme. 3 Information and Sharing Sessions were organized on 4 June, 11 Jul u0026amp; 8 Aug 2019 respectively. The events have strengthened the relationship, cooperation and knowledge sharing between audiences of the business and social service sectors. We would like to present our gratitude to the attendees for sustaining cross-sectoral partnership and Corporate Social Responsibility.

The relationship between people is always complicated. To make the cooperative work success, we need a common goal and good strategy, but what if there is a tool that allows us to understand the personality, traits and strengths of our colleagues and partners, so that effective arrangement of work, free expression of one’s strengths and enhancement of the company’s productivity is possible? Sure, many of us will be happy to know.

The 16 personality test is a match-fit tool widely used by business and human resources sectors. Whether it is the boss, the department manager and the human resources can make use of this to understand the thinking patterns and personality tendencies of their subordinates, colleagues and partners, thus achieving the best result in negotiation and partnership.

The workshop, u0022How 16 Personality Types helps the Job Matchu0022, organized by the Caring SME Alliance in June 28th 2019 provides a two-way approach to help the participants to understand the tendency of each personality type through the online test and tutorial, giving insights to our personality type and those around us. Tendency of thoughts affects our judgment, choice and the ways to get along with others. Contradictions are not necessarily confrontational, but only tendency of choice is different. With this understanding applied in the workplace, one can resolve the conflicts and have a breakthrough to personal limitations.

The Caring Company Partnership Expo 2019 was successfully held on 20 May 2019 (Monday) at Hall 5FG of the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, with over 4,000 participants from businesses and social services sectors, joining us to explore new community partnership opportunities, sustainable and CSR solutions.

The officiating guest Mr James Henry LAU, Acting Financial Secretary, The Government of the HKSAR, presented awards to the winners of the Outstanding Partnership Project Award.

The annual signature event, Partnership Expo, continued to promote and strengthen partnership between the business and social service sectors by providing platform for networking and exchange ideas. There were over 130 exhibition booths promoting the themes of Social Service, Social Enterprise and Sustainability this year. Guests were welcome to visit and understand more about cross sector partnership in order to explore concrete solutions for CSR implementation.

Besides, an interactive game u0022Meet u0026amp; LIKEu0022 was added in this year Expo, which allowed all our guests to explore new partners and collaboration ideas. We all have had a memorial moment at u0022Meet u0026amp; Snapu0022 Area.
